I have a 2 hp long shaft Honda 4 cycle on my older M15 as well. I like the engine a lot however after using it a couple of years I have found that there are some exposed screws and tubes that are not salt water resisitant. If I were to replace it I would ask more questions or take a magnet shopping and if the issue hasn't been fixed I would look elsewhere. thanks Doug Kelch
