Arnold, Sails that are designed or modified to work on a furler have a foam or rope luff "filler" of sorts that takes the fullness out of the sail as it is furled so they can maintain a decent sail shape. My 150 is pretty good down to about a 90. It seems to vary a little depending on how the sail is made, but that's seems to be about the maximum range you can expect.
I'm in eastern Washington, north of Spokane. I mostly sail in north Idaho, but I trailer all over. Sailed in your area a few years ago, from Portland down to St. Helens and back.
