Hi Walt, Tom Smith, here on the list has a cover on his M17. Unfortunately there is no manufacturer's name as it was made before Tom found her. You can see a couple of photos of his cover on page two (you'll figure it out) of his Photo Site album:

They made it enclosed and before you slip on, there is a foam plug that is put into the end so as not to allow chafing. Very good design. I'm going to guess it was spendy though. You may want to click on the photos to enlarge and print them out to show the cover maker.
