Bones, 100% Pure Tung Oil applied 'many' coats - rubbed between coats with metal wool - (I use steel if off the boat - should probably use copper for all - but I can't find 0000 Copper wool can you?) My last round of oiling has withstood 15 months with one quick touch-up of light oil, no wool. Arizona Sun - it is a dry heat!
