Gary, Apparently the LED Driver (circuit board) is what is prone to failure in a submersible scenario, epoxy encapsulated ciruits are frequently not totally waterproof due to the use of 'rigid' epoxies. Low quality LEDs and driver failure seems to be the bug. If they were invincible tailights we would all have them. I am glad you are having good results, must be quality parts.
