Jerry,
The Sunfish Class has a Masters and something like a Super Masters Fleets!
Even awards for the Ladies!

I am fond of sailing mine when the 'breeze' is "on" and full tilt upwind
planing is the order of the day!
My family has another one in FL, and they are situated such that when the
'breezes' come up, it is a broad reach over to the other side of the Bay, and a

close reach back! Blasting planing both ways!

Additionally,I have never been confused with an adult acting being. Ask my
wife and kids.
Sunfish are for fun in a blow!!

And now for the 'string pullers' -the class currently allows outhaul,
cunningham, vang, Jens rig, JC strap, AND MAINSHEET! Whew! it is getting to be
a
complicated little craft!

You are more than welcome to sail my 'fish any time you would like - You are
at least "this tall to ride" LOL.

GO.
LB/GF! M-17 # 316a 'that ain't bad gelcoat -it's "patina"!
Team Geezer Racing.....Old and in the Way
Arizona Sailing Squadron

BTW - Watch out for those" 6' + size" inspection hatches - I remember them
as not having any non-skid on them - DANGER!
