that's ridiculous.
However, I can see the argument for not mentioning it.
Yes, I do agree, which kind of sucks because it is a very high traffic
site that uses Perl very heavily. It is a perfect example of how well
Perl scales and is capable of being used to build large sites. But the
controversy does make it tricky and perhaps not be worth mentioning
(at least not very prominently).
