I was concerned about that from the first time I read the policy. I don't have any great suggestion as to how to settle that question. Either we produce a list, with a policy for amending it, or we instead replace the policy of distro-tracking with one of regular (annual-ish?) voting on the minimum, presumably based on "how many committers are willing to commit to fixing bugs only affecting each vrsion." -- rjbs
