My suspicion, like Dimitar's, was simply that you have a cross-frame XSS issue (which you should've picked up yourself from the error message: since MooTools is loading in other browsers, that suggests $() is being blocked for security reasons rather than not being attached to the frame). I can't know what it is exactly with a tiny bit of code that is further obfuscated.
