[MOPO] Who should file for a PayPal settlement?

Checking the fine print of the proposed PayPal settlement, I see that the lawyers are scheduled to receive about 40% of the 9.2 million settlement amount. That's going to leave only about 5 million for individual claims, to be spread around perhaps a couple of million people who will file a claim.   Those who did a lot of business with PayPal -- and those who had the accounts "frozen" for a while -- will be in line for the significant pieces of that. My guess is that the "average" PayPal user will only see a few bucks at most, maybe a year from now.   If that's worth it for you to jump through all of their form-filling hoops, go for it.
