Collectibles prices are often set with at least some degree of arbitrariness.  Whatever this item is, I seriously doubt that the market has conclusively established that it is a $25 item rather than a $20 item.  If the difference between those two valuations is so insignificant to you that you find it annoying that someone should ask for the lower price, perhaps you should simply sell it at the lower price.  The $5 clearly means a lot more to the potential buyer than it does to you.
