It's a house of cards.
Might well be the biggest collapse of the year.
Clearly something is very wrong.
With only PP as the tent-pole left standing.

You know, there's an old saying,"... if it aint broke don't fix it."

Then again, Ebay could definitely use some fixing. The problem is, they're
breaking what's
not broke which tells me that the 'fix' is 'in.'

And soon, they'll be more broke than before.

And with PayPal's 'stellar' reputation, I can certainly foresee many an
International class action lawsuit.

These guys are morons. They could simply charge Sellers or Buyers who
request to list or use another form of payment an
added fee to do so in any auction. Seducing people toward Paypal with
their pocketbook is far more sensible. In this way they
could possibly expand their field of buyers and keep these customers'
options available rather than contracting and becoming
      more and more user UN-friendly.

It's so utterly transparent that Ebay, as we knew it, already has one
foot in the grave. But don't worry, I'm sure the Chairman of Ebay
will get zillions of dollars as a bonus for implementing boneheaded
business practices.

Amazing, but, in this era, it seems that failing forward is the hallmark
of Corporate heads,

Apparently, eBay is about to introduce a new policy and it has already
upset many buyers and sellers on the eBay discussion boards. The report on
ninemsn says...

"Under the changes, direct deposits, money orders and personal cheques
will no longer be listed as a payment option after June 17."

It looks like this is all part of a grand master plan to force sellers
to only accept payment with paypal. This has only been announced on eBay
Australia so far.
