I wrote to Grey sometime ago but I never got an answer to a question I
had about Heritage. I've received notice in APril that because I live in
New York, I will now be charged 8.45% sales tax on any purchase I make
from Heritage. My question is why? Has the Governor of NY managed to
pass a reciprocal tax bill with the state of Texas or did Heritage open
up a New YOrk branch. I have not been biding on anything from Heritage
lately pending an answer to this question. Please let me know. FRANC
