i agree with that premise.? however, i would say it differently...........? any 
great poster from a great movie of the 30s,40s as far more impressive than a 
poster of the 60s+? 

i still dont understand the high values placed on 007, star wars, japanese art 
of godzilla, etc.

maybe, my prejudice is just that artistically, i love the well filmed b&w 
movies.? sure, i love great surround sound films or?a great "modern movie"?, 
but i wouldnt want the posters for them
