I think for high volume sellers it is not practical to ask each customer to
verify their address before sending the package. Paypal will not cover packages
that are sent to anything other than the registered address that has been
supplied. I sent 50 packages out yesterday and had to make a few adjustments to
obvious mistakes but I think its worthwhile for everyone to check their
registered paypal address occasionally just to make sure it is correct.

Here at MovieArt we double check every customer address - both domestic
shipments and international shipments. We've misshipped some
items, but generally this double check can save $$, embarassment, and
unhappiness on the part of customers. And yes, they make
mistakes with the addresses as well.

Some have different registered addresses with paypal and eBay and they
forget to update changes. They dont realise that sellers should always ship to
the registered paypal address.
Another thing is that buyers provide the wrong postcode or make typos in
their addresses that need to be corrected. I hate to say it but it seems to
occur most often for customers in Australia! I dont think they realise that
many sellers just copy and paste the address exactly as supplied so it is
really important to make sure that the address is correct.
Just curious if any dealers have had similar experiences.
