Here is the thing with this size. They were essentially "wilding" posters
that were given in quantity to hired people who put them up all over New
York City. On some titles, they didn't put them all up, and a lot of unused
ones exist. So for those titles, they are not very scarce at all.

But worse yet, they don't fit in one-sheet frames, so they are hard to
display. Put those two factors together, and that is why they usually sell
for less than the corresponding 1-sheet.
