And why not Ken Wilber, a card carrying Buddhist?

And then reading Wilbur in the introduction to "A Brief History of Everything"

" KW: Yes. This takes up various themes suggested by Schelling, Hegel,
Aurobindo, and other evolutionary theorists East and West."

Why not Schelling? Or Aurobindo? Or Others?

And if James, then why not all British Empiricists before him or the
Neo-Pragmatists like Rorty, Putnam, Knapp, Micheals, Bernstein, West,
Posner, Poirier, Appleby, Hunt, Jacobs, after him?

Could it be that with a few clues about existence of the path, Pirsig
figured if interested, you'd be better served to find the rest of the
blaze marks yourself ? That maybe drawing the map yourself might serve
you better than buying the latest Rand McNally at your local 7-11? You
know the one that still shows the bypass around your town, though it
never got built, and probably never will.

Just a thought.
