Dear Morphometricians,
please, is there any free software for doing two way MANOVAs and/or
MANCOVAs with one grouping variable and one covariate? I am looking for
something reasonably flexible, which may include interactions and that does
not require a fully balanced design (a kind of freeware SPSS).
R does it, TPSRegr does it too for 2D shape data and I suspect also some of
the programs of the IMP series can do it too ... Anything else?
Thanks.
Cheers

Andrea
