Some time ago Oyvind told me that they are on the waiting list of things to be added. There's a one way MANOVA and possibly a two way one using permutations but with a very specific design (if I remember well). I'll check again. Thanks. I am looking for something reasonably flexible, which may include interactions and that does not require a fully balanced design (a kind of freeware SPSS). R does it, TPSRegr does it too for 2D shape data and I suspect also some of the programs of the IMP series can do it too ... Anything else? Thanks.
