Past has one-way MANOVA for several groups (categorical IDV), and
MANOVA for multivariate linear regression (one continuous IDV). It also
has one-way and two-way PERMANOVA. But it does not have support for more
complicated designs with interactions, as Andrea requested.

Dear Morphometricians,
please, is there any free software for doing two way MANOVAs and/or
MANCOVAs with one grouping variable and one covariate? I am looking
for
something reasonably flexible, which may include interactions and
that does
not require a fully balanced design (a kind of freeware SPSS).
R does it, TPSRegr does it too for 2D shape data and I suspect also
some of
the programs of the IMP series can do it too ... Anything else?
Thanks.
Cheers

Andrea
