Beneath the Regression icon will be a file icon that contains the
predicted and residuals data. All you need to do is have that
highlighted and go to File > export dataset.
Best wishes,
Emma

Hi everyone, I am working with MorphoJ but I need to extract the
residuals of regresion and PLS analyses to do other kind of analyses in
other program.
Is there any way to export them??? I find the way to export centroid
size, landmark coordinates, covariates, but not these residuals.
sincerely,
pancho
