Hi Pancho
The data options that MorphoJ exports depend on where on the project
"tree" you're positioned. If you select "Regression, results" (the one
with the rectangular icon) on the tree so that it's highlighted, and
then go to File --> Export dataset, you will be able to export the
regression residuals, regression prediction and/or regression scores.
I've never done PLS using MorphoJ but I suppose it would work in the
same manner.
Hope this helps!

Hi everyone, I am working with MorphoJ but I need to extract the
residuals of regresion and PLS analyses to do other kind of analyses in
other program.
Is there any way to export them??? I find the way to export centroid
size, landmark coordinates, covariates, but not these residuals.
sincerely,
pancho
