These contain the sort of thing you want to export, and you can do that by selecting the respective dataset and using "Export Dataset" in the File menu. The export is to a tab-delimited text file that can be opened by other programs (SAS, etc....). For the regression, you will find your residuals as one of the data types in the dataset. For the PLS analysis, it depends what you mean by "residuals". Because PLS is not a predictive procedure (as regression is), there are no residuals in the sense of "observed value minus predicted value". You do get the PLS scores, which are the linear combinations of the two blocks of variables that maximally covary with each other. I hope this helps.
