MSP airport Snowy Owl was about 150 yards due east from the Delta Airlines 
Cargo facility at the southern end of the airport.&nbsp; This is just west of 
where 24th Avenue&nbsp;turns west when coming from&nbsp;494 (the top of the 
owl's head was&nbsp;visible from 24th, so I pulled into the cargo 
facility).&nbsp; This heavily-barred owl was perched on the ground next to an 
orange traffic cone.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
