Thursday: I finally got a chance to stop by Veterans Park this evening and could not find the Moorhen. I did find several calling Orioles, heard a Catbird and a Virginia Rail, and saw a Chestnut-sided Warbler.
Since Saturday I have been hearing Copes Gray Treefrogs and American Toads. while the toads are in full chorus, I have heard only a few treefrogs.
