Yard is dripping with migrants:
8 species of warblers, new ones include Yellow, Redstart, Orange Crown,
Nashville, No. Waterthrush
Chimney Swifts
Lots of Kinglets
singing Towhee

Canada Geese came into the yard to show off their 4 new goslings. Yesterday
I saw the first goslings in the industrial area of Minneapolis east of
Highway 280

Sandhill Crane - soaring high overhead. Neighbor has been seeing it for
days.

Coopers Hawk seen twice. Probably nesting nearby again. It was interesting
that bird activity did not slow with him nearby. He is probably full up on
migrants.

Northern Mockingbird recorded and photographed nearby (Thomas Lake and
along Wilderness Run by Pilot Knob) by neighbor a couple of days ago.

Frogs: Chorus frogs still singing. Gray treefrogs short calls for several
days now. First american toads heard yesterday.

Violets are blooming in the yard. Tasty treats. I recommend adding them to
your salad.
