Granted. But it is better than other VCS solutions, which *nobody* (or 
only 1 or 2) of us knows. Having no VCS at all is not a good idea IMO.

For writing *documentation*, you don't need to know CVS. If you have a 
cool doc about how to create a theme, just dump it as the nearest 
appropriate person, which should take care about the checkin. Not 
everybody gets CVS write access immediately anyway.
