I am a website developer and I want to ensure that my pages are served well
by modern browsers, such as Netscape 7, recent releases of Mozilla, Firefox.

Where can I find explicit listings of what is implemented in these browsers
for:
XHTML (1.0, 1.1, ...)
CSS (1, 2, ...)
EcmaScript (vs. 3,...)

I wanted to point you to http://devedge.netscape.com/, for instance the JavaScript section where you could find the JavaScript 1.5 reference documentation. However any attempts to load that URL fail with a timeout.
Does anyone else here know whether that is a temporary problem or whether that site is going to be closed?
I know there haven't been any updates to devedge in the last months but I think it is a valuable resource that should be kept online.
