since this would probably work better for any other systems we'd want
to set up on devmo.
That said, I also don't think English should be special-cased, except
insofar as being a default (fallback) setting.
I do also imagine that some documentation on devmo could be written
originally in some other language and then translated to English as
opposed to vice versa.
