Then he's not a web designer. That's like saying a mechanic can't change his own
spark plugs.

Then the owner isn't very caring about the people for whom he is building the
site, is he?

in this case, you're never STUCK with ANYTHING. There's always a way to change
it. Either by learning and doing it yourself, or getting another person to
change it.
