Hey,
I tried applying the patches on the link you gave, but they don't seem 
to do anything. I'm using .9.3
Ah well, I'll just have to wait till M14 or whenever they feel that it 
should be included. I've wasted an entired day just doing this, have to 
do some proper work now! =)

Also I'm a win2k user and changing scrollbars in windows appearance 
doesn't affect Mozilla the slightest. Nor funnily enough, emacs.
