The 4xp bugs really should have high priority. Most of the 
Mozilla/Netscape6 users will have past experience of Netscape 4x.

However, there is one field where 4xp is not enough because the 
technology and legal framework made it possible now to include things 
that 4x cold not have. I mean cryptology. We mede some progress here, 
but not enough. Things like SSL, PGP, APOP are or will be soon required 
at many workplaces (APOP already is where I work now).
