Yes! Most of new Mozilla 1.0 users are going to be former Netscape 4
users. They already found their way around 4xp bugs and because of that,
other things being equal a bug will be perceived as more serious if it
used to work correctly in N4.
Additionally, many 4xp bugs mark features that existed in N4, but do not
(yet) exist in Mozilla. Again, if we want people to go ahead and
upgrade from Netscape 4, we should try to make sure that do not have to
sacrifise features that are used to.
In short, I would say that IMHO 4xp bugs (say, of severity >= normal)
should not remain unfixed in Mozilla 1.0 without a very good reason.
