The problem with 4xp is that it's a very fuzzy keyword. Any HTTP bugs are
4xp because 4x did HTTP. It didn't do it 100% correctly, though (I
suspect.) So is a bug not 4xp, and therefore less high priority, simply
because 4.x coincidentally screwed up in the same way?

PGP is not going to make Mozilla 1.0. I don't know about APOP, but I very
much doubt there will be much feature work between now and 1.0,
particularly if it's not 4xp.
