Hi there, MPD and MPD-compliant players gain traction in hi-fi communities. Despite that, in my opinion to stay relevant in coming years functionality of MPD protocol should be enhanced to accommodate digital filters handling. Before I come up with some concrete ideas, I would like to know whether:
1. there is a room and willingness to accept such proposal 2. there are any guidelines that a submitter of a protocol draft should adhere to.
