As another member of the "use Python not Perl" pressure group, I've
committed a change to gmpy to make it easier to use MPIR. Assuming
MPIR is installed as libmpir, the command "python setup.py -DMPIR"
will use MPIR.

I'll also run some performance tests against some code I wrote a while ago.
