Note that on x86 and x86_64, the linux build will complain of unrecognised configure options (if you supply any of the more unusual MPIR specific ones, even --enable-cxx, I believe). This is harmless, it is just yasm letting you know it doesn't recognise the options (which it safely ignores).
I will work around this for final. There's an easy fix.
