Thanks William, I can see this messaage. I have been checking this issue with three simultaneuos connections, one through Tor, one through a neigbours IP address and one using my own IP address. Only my IP adrees is being blocked so I am pretty confident that the site has been set up to block this specific IP address (it alsso works when I switch off my static IP address). . As I said earlier, this hasn't had any impact on me as I have been using Tor. But now that I am aware that _KTH_ servers are being abused in this way, it becomes much more serious. Brian Gladman
