It's definitely fixed in MPIR 2.7.0-alpha12, and I *think* it already was in the very first alpha. Note that Dann tested the last /stable/ release with Cygwin, i.e., MPIR 2.6.0 (which still contained that bug). -leif > On 28 April 2015 at 03:02, leif <not.rea...@online.de > <mailto:not.rea...@online.de>> wrote: > > Dann Corbit wrote: > > > > [snip M$ Visual Studio 2013 stuff] > > > > > > Also, with Mingw, one test fails: > > > > … > > > > *FAIL: t-scan.exe* > > > > [...] > > > > ============================================================= > > > > 1 of 64 tests failed > > > > See tests/mpz/test-suite.log > > > > Please report to http://groups.google.co.uk/group/mpir-devel/ > > > > ============================================================= > > > > make[5]: *** [test-suite.log] Error 1 > > > > make[5]: Leaving directory `/f/math/mpir-2.6.0/tests/mpz' > > > > make[4]: *** [check-TESTS] Error 2 > > > > make[4]: Leaving directory `/f/math/mpir-2.6.0/tests/mpz' > > > > make[3]: *** [check-am] Error 2 > > > > make[3]: Leaving directory `/f/math/mpir-2.6.0/tests/mpz' > > > > make[2]: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 > > > > make[2]: Leaving directory `/f/math/mpir-2.6.0/tests' > > > > make[1]: *** [check-recursive] Error 1 > > > > make[1]: Leaving directory `/f/math/mpir-2.6.0' > > > > make: *** [check] Error 2 > > > > > > > > I get zero failures building GMP with mingw. > > Try with GMP 4.3.2 for example... ;-) > > > > My environment.
