Find a developer who wants to make a large housing development. Have the
property condemned under right of eminent domain. Build megabuck
townhomes, condos and houses. Propery taxes will then go way up on the
property as a whole.
Opps! somebody will probably do this now that it has been thought of.
Sorry for opening this particular Pandora's box...
At least it will be fun watching the fight over the property, until
Minneapolis votes to subsidize the megabuck condos.
