Although this has been a good discussion and I don't want to throw a cold
blanket on it, but a previous post grossly understated Minikahda's total
tax bill.

Minikahda is actually broken into two tax parcels, one east of Excelsior
Blvd and one west of Excelsior. The parcel west of Excelsior
was quoted correctly as valued at $450,000. However the parcel east
of Excelsior was left out and it is assessed at 2.171 million for a tax
bill of slightly over $100,000.

Again, a good discussion but lets be fair and accurate to both Minikahda
and the City if we are going to discuss this issue.
