Thanks Jared for these sites...combed through them with interest.

Why would they not have the Northstar come from St.Cloud
to Minneapolis continue onto St. Paul by existing rail lines
and go out Rush line...
A U shape to the north of the cities...all connected..no transferes

Red Rock Corridor comes up from Hastings to Saint Paul..
continues to SP but also splits at 494...goes southwest to Eden Prairie
and covers the traffic on 494 to the south. Person coming from
Hastings could transfer to Minneapolis/St. Cloud in St. Paul or
transfer at the LRT on 494 to take them to the Northstar.

Hiawatha LRT could connect the Red Rock with Minneapolis
at 494 ...There could be a LRT from Minneapolis to Eden Prairie
if they needed a direct line...

There seems to be duplication with the Red Rock and North Star
coming North into Minneapolis and seems to be messy between the cities.
Making it simple and few connections provides the best routes and
this looks like way too many transferes...all in the cities.

There is a map on the Red Rock site that gives all the lines together
which is large, readable, and in color... for any train buffs.

Then if they really wanted commuter rail they would connect a 394 line with
the Northstar across the city to Saint Paul out 94 over to Hudson.
