If you go to www.redrockrail.org there is a great map that shows the potential rails...the others have maps also but they are small. Looking at the maps, for me, it looks too broken up whereas the lines should be connected from St. Cloud to Hastings with stops at Minneapolis and Saint Paul...no transfers. I think it looks lacking in the south area by 494...could have a rail going from Hastings, Saint Paul, Eden Prairie to the lake area.
