Not sure I understand.  The fact that a RCVR and a RQSTR can both be started
by the remote side is one of the places where the two do not differ.  Unless
you mean that you prefer the *remote* side to use RCVR channels so they
can't start your SDR.  Still scratching my head on this one...

Never figured that one out myself.  I suspect there was some
difference early on that no longer applies.
