  I'd look at the triggering parms for this channel (i.e., INITQ name,
trigger=Y, trigger on FIRST, channel name in TRIGDATA field, etc.).  I've
found this to be the problem in almost all cases of new channels failing to
start and msgs being 'stuck' in the XMITQ.

Hi, All,

What are the possible reasons that might cause messages stuck in the
transmission queue?
I check the MQXQH and it looks OK.
