Hi, Regarding the plugins in share/plugins just a handful are useful for "normal" users (meaning non plugin programmers). AFAIK they are all working. * Break every x measures * Abc import * color notes * cue notes * notenames
All the others ones are demos for plugin developers and we could maybe mark them to not be displayed in the UI by default. If we do, we could even add more default plugins. Regarding existing plugins, I believe the implode/explode/voicecaster are the most used ones. They so used that they could be good candidate to be implementing in C++ in the core IMHO. (Edit -> Voices ->explode/implode ?) Let me know if I can help with your endeavour on IRC. lasconic 2014-08-29 15:51 GMT+02:00 Marc Sabatella <[email protected]>: > On 08/29/2014 06:31 AM, Jörn Eichler wrote: >> My question is: Are there any plugins you got used to in v1.3 whose >> functionality is not part of v2.0 anyway and that you'd rather not miss in >> v2.0? >> If so, I'd offer to have a look at them, to see if they can be ported anyway >> or with minor changes to the core. > > I'm glad you asked!
