I just created a PR for notenames. 
color notes and cue notes have the same problem correctly detecting the 
selection.
I can create PRs for those two later. 

cue notes also has the problem that you cannot just select one voice. It'll 
always do all voices of a staff. I tried to look at it, but element.selected 
seems not to work.

Batch Export crashes here in MgStyle::groupBoxSubControlRect() which seems out 
of my current range…

So far for my first results. Is there a better place to post results? I'd 
however like to keep plugin related things together.
