You are not the first person to complain that the build instructions in the manual are inadequate, but people have generally not explained exactly what is wrong or provided improvements. The only ones who did make useful comments resulted in changes to the manual. Post your information and perhaps we can improve the manual further. Don't clean them up into HTML. If we put them in the manual we will need to format them for docbook. Since the manual already contains build information it is unlikely I would take what you have wholesale and plug it in. However, notes from a user that had genuine trouble with the manual will definitely allow us to improve it.
