I think (my opinion only) that the Shopping List section would benefit

also MUCH easier for reference and maintenance (IMNSHO).
If you can find build documentation on the website somewhere other than
the manual it must be the old stuff from before the manual was written.
If shouldn't be there, and I thought it had all been removed. If you can
point me to what you are seeing I will clean it up.
As for when section 10 isn't section 2, its because my intention is to
have a Windows installer, RPMs and .deb files available, so only a few
people need to build from source. As a minority activity, I put it at
the end. The .deb exist (I believe - I never use them). The RPMs are not
yet complete.
