I have no problems using the python jtag tools in a 2.6.10 kernel. My system is a Gentoo, and the kernel is gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.10-r6. I installed the tools using my ebuilds avaliable at http://www.dotat.dk/ebuilds/ What kind of errors do you get, when you run the tools? Try to increase the verbosity (-DDDD) i.e. use the command: msp430-jtag -DDDD -epr program.a43 and post the results. Jonas
